Warm up: 
Obstacle course 

Skill focus: 
Push jerk 

WOD: 
Partner carry the sandbag between cones. At the end each pass they stop and do burpees over the sand bags starting at 7 reps. Each pass they decrease 1 burpee until they get to zero. 

Game: 
Potato sack races
