CrossFit Kids
















WARM UP:

Hungry Crabs!
(Each team starts in their "crab holes" and then crab walks to the center and grabs an item (1), "crab food" and crab walks back and places it in their crab hole (hula hoop) and repeats. Count them up in the end and see who wins!

SKILL:
Wall Balls

WOD:
"Kiddie Kelly"

5 Rounds: For time
Run
Box Jumps 15
Wall Balls 10
GAME:
Battleships
Set up pins on each side  (foam rollers for example) have each team start behind them and then get to the center (crab walk, bear crawl, hop) grab a ball and bring it back behind the pins. Use the ball to try and knock down the opposite sides pins.
