Kids Quarantine Challenge 4/10/20

Today's Kids Quarantine Challenge is a version on the CFKOP daily WOD for today!  Use a Barbell, Kettlebell, Dumbells, Medball or any household object for your deadlifts. Remember to keep your heals down, your chest tall, your arms straight and your back flat!
