Obstacle course.
Front Squat

Halloween WOD:
AMRAP in 5 minutes:
10 pumpkin tosses (med ball throws to the wall)
2 skin the black cats 

One-on-one dodgeball

If hit: 3 front squats or 3 med ball slams/tosses
