Walk:
Go for a 30 minute walk (or longer!) with someone from your household. Walk at a brisk pace fast enough that you can carry on a conversation but it’s not easy to. If you have a way to track distance post that as your score or just a photo of you doing it.
Max distance Broad Jump:
Take as many attempts as you like to find your best standing broad jump distance. Measure from starting line to the back of your heels.
