Warm up:
Medball shoot war
Teams line up facing each other. Both teams get members assigned identical numbers. Coach has everyone perform movements (jumping jacks, running in place, burpee) until they call a number. The members of each team assigned that numbers race to their medball and chest pass it to each one of their team members down the line before taking a shot into a upside down box. First team in to score gets a point.

Team Karen- 150 wall balls for time
Teams of 3-4 each get two wall balls. Athletes must complete only 5 reps at a time before passing the ball to someone else.
