Skill focus:
Wall hand stands

WOD:
AMRAP 8 minutes
5s ring hold or 3 skin the cats
10 single unders
5 hand stand kick ups
10 box jumps

Game:
Playing card war (played like the regular card game but when you lose a round you run a shuttle sprint)
