Warm up: Medball drills
- throw small med balls and then run and squat to the ball
- throw backwards, run to ball and do jumping jacks.
- side shuffle holding medballs.
Skill: Goblet squats
WOD
7 rounds of:
10 goblet squats
AMRAP burpees for the remainder of the minute
Rest 1 minute between rounds
Games: musical med balls
