Skill: Forward Rolls & Wall Walks
Warm up: Switch (Sprints, Side Shuffle, Broad Jumps)
WOD:
Dice Roll - Each child has a turn to roll a dice, and then do the movement based on the following:
1- Forward Roll
2- Burpees
3- Inch Worm
4- Star Jumps
5- Squats
6- Jumping Jacks.
Games:
‘Bowling’- kids try to knock over the foam rollers using dice
