CrossFit Kids

Warm up:

Athletes do reps of an exercise called by the coach before limboing under the pvc stick!

Skill focus:
Bottom of the squat

AMRAP in 8 minutes
10 wall balls
6 monkey hangs
Karaoke up and down the gym

Plate skate tag
Similar to tag, but a player must keep feet on paper plates and slide around the gym.
