CrossFit Kids

Warm up:
Cross fit animal walks:

Inch worms, bear crawls, leap frogs, crab walks and bunny hops

Skill work:

Air squat / dumbell front squats


Tabata style work out: 20 on/ 10 off with one minute rest between different moves

4x dumbell front squats
4x push-ups
4x dumbell front squats
4x supermans
4x burpees

Recording their rounds on white boards and trying to beat their previous rounds amounts.

Also focused a lot with keeping chest up and heels ON THE GROUND.
