Kids Quarantine Challenge 5/8/20

Today's challenge is a kids version of  CFKOP's Daily WOD! Use a conventional weighted object for your deadlifts (barbell, kettlebell, dumbbell, med ball) or use an odd object from around the house (back pack, water jug, detergent bottles, etc). No matter what you use remember to focus on keeping good form (chest tall, tight back, long arms!) The 2 minutes of cardio can be running, biking, rowing, jump rope, mountain climbers or jumping choice!
