KIds Quarentine Challenge 5/13/20

Grab a quarantine buddy to do today's challenge! If you don't have one, no worries...just rest 1 minute between rounds! No jump rope? Do Jumping Jacks for the single unders and use a towel for overhead squats! All kids ages 5-11yrs can join us to do this workout at 2pm EST today!
