2017 Results






CrossFit King of Prussia has one of the oldest CrossFit Kids programs in the area.  Over the years we have not only increased the number of kids we have served but also have developed our programs to include CrossFit classes for all youth from preschool to teens, as well as a vibrant youth weightlifting program.


Over the past year our teen program has had a core group of athletes who have consistently participated in our CrossFit Classes.  Our coaches have seen tremendous growth in these athletes both in quantifiable results and in non tangible things like their character, resilience and community spirit.


Below are the results from the quarterly tests we set at the start of the year from our most dedicated CrossFit Teen athletes.  Our whole community is proud of these athletes and all their achievements. We look forward to seeing their continued growth in the years to come.
