Warm up: 
2 Minute station rotation: 
Row/Jump Rope/Cargo Net/Rings
Partner AMRAP in 10 minutes:
15 deadlifts are completed by one partner, while the other holds a handstand or plank.  Deadlifts can only be complete while partner is actively holding the handstand/plank.
