SKILL/WARM UP:
Rowing
WOD:
One rows the other does the movements.
Each partner does each movement once then progress to the next.

Squats
Jumping jacks
Deadlifts (light kettle bell)
Mountain climbers
Burpees
SWITCH partner two does what partner one just did till both complete all movements!
GAME:
Jump-A-Thon Jump off!
(Kids
took turns spinning the rope whole another jumped in to see who get the
most jumps at once! We then took that number or rounded it up or down
to the nearest number divisible by 2 and made them do their favorite
exercise that many times... Oddly enough burpees came up a lot)
